Sales stalls

• Vendors must register in advance.

• When registering, you choose which stall space (no. 1–10) you want.

• We will send you a final seating plan as there may be more people wanting the same space.

• You are responsible for bringing and setting up your own equipment.

 

Vendor stalls

• Vendor stalls do not need to register or choose a permanent location.

• There will be a special area where vendors can set up their stalls.

Green Summer Scene

• Are you a small band and want to try your hand at playing in front of a live audience? On our Green Stage you can get your chance!

• Stage: Approximately 24 sq m.

• Time: Music from 12:00–14:00 (possibility of a short break).

• Equipment: You bring everything you need – we only provide the stage.

• Registration: First come, first served – unfortunately we cannot guarantee an audience, but you will play on a cozy summer field and help set the mood for the entire day-long event.

• Please tell us a little about your band when you register - it helps us promote your coming and playing and create extra attention for your performance.

• Grøn Scene is a perfect opportunity for smaller bands who want to try out live playing, meet the audience and contribute to the summer market's cozy atmosphere.

 

Practical information

• Cars are only allowed to enter the area when loading and unloading. Once the stall is set up, the car must be parked in the designated parking area so that we create a harmonious market with plenty of space for everyone.

• In case of very bad weather, the courtyard may be closed, and we will announce this in advance.
