Come to a large Danish lunch table
Fall in love with roast beef from our own cattle, recommended by animal protection, or try other sausages from our cattle, made by the local butcher. Gastronomic craftsmanship made with respect for our organic principles and sustainability in the local area. Enjoy the chef's selected classics such as herring, fish fillet and Gram Slot potato dish as well as the warm open sandwiches - it can be, for example, minced beef with our own onions. Open sandwiches vary from time to time.
Smørrebrød is served on selected Sundays from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. and features the best from Gram Slot, which has made a variety of delicious, freshly spreadable pieces of smørrebrød, both cold and warm. It's all served as a buffet - eat all you can.
