Eco Day

The farm on Lille Vedbølvej is one of Gram and Nybøl Godser's organic dairy farms and forms the framework for a modern and responsible agriculture with a focus on animal welfare and ecology. In everyday life, the animals are cared for by the farm's committed employees, who ensure every day that the cows thrive and have the best environment.

The farm has around 500 Jersey cows that are fed exclusively with feed produced in the local area, which supports both sustainability and close interaction with the surroundings.

Gram and Nybøl Godser looks forward to welcoming guests and providing an insight into daily life and the work of organic milk production.

Activities for Eco Day

On the farm there will be plenty of activities for both young and old, experience, among other things:

• Watch the cows come out to pasture: Closing at 12:00

• Tastings of organic products

• Go exploring with the cows

• Talk to a farmer

• Straw playground, here there is space for play and fun

• Try a jumping cow

• Opportunity to sit in a tractor

• Selling soda and sausages

• Opportunity to get up close to cows and calves

• Opportunity to talk to the farm staff and veterinarian about how we take good care of the animals

Good to know

Please note that dogs are NOT allowed.

All farms are open between 10:00-14:00, and the organic cows are put out to pasture at 12:00.

Use common sense when moving around the farm with children. It is a workplace that you are visiting, with machinery, large animals and much more. Keep a close eye on your children both outside and inside at all times, so that we avoid accidents and inappropriate situations.
