It is work that requires patience, curiosity, and the courage to take new paths, even if the results can only be seen in the long term.

Biodiversity as a basic condition

In the fields, in the fences and in the landscape around the castle, biodiversity is not a project – it is a basic condition. Space is given to insects, birds and wild plants, because a living agriculture requires a living ecosystem. Nature is allowed to make a little noise, fill up a little and take its place.
